SENDING THE ASHES/HAIR

I appreciate that parting with your loved one's cremation ashes can feel daunting but rest assured that their remains will be handled with the utmost care and respect.

After your purchase I will contact you either by email or via Whatsapp (you can add this at checkout) and provide you with the address where you will need to send the ashes. Please ensure that the ashes are securely packaged and have your name and address on them so that there can be no confusion. As it is a precious item I recommend sending them via a tracked service.

I will notify you when I have received them and then confirm the design of your jewellery. Once received, your jewellery will be made within 1-2 weeks. It will then be posted to you using a tracked service with the remaining ashes or hair.

I completely understand that you may be nervous parting with something so precious and may want guarantees that the ashes are definitely in the pendant (if you choose to have them hidden). To ease any concerns you may have I am happy to provide photographic evidence, just let me know before I begin.
